Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ReadyForUsers, operated by ReadyForUsers ("we", "us"). By creating an account or paying for a plan, you agree to them.

The service. ReadyForUsers runs supervised pre-reality simulations against an application you own or are authorized to test. Each run executes in an isolated, ephemeral sandbox that is destroyed afterward. We do not test applications you are not authorized to test.

Founding Access. Founding Access is guided onboarding. You submit one application, and our team runs your first reality pass with you, typically within two business days. It is billed monthly and includes only capabilities that are live today. Roadmap capabilities carry a status chip and are not included until live.

Your responsibilities. You confirm you own or are authorized to test the application and any connected database, and that the credentials you provide are for a read-only, non-production witness. You will not use the service to attack third parties.

Data and evidence. Run evidence is stored in a private object store and served only through short-lived signed URLs. We access your data only to operate the service. See the Privacy Policy.

Payment. Fees are charged through Stripe. You can cancel anytime through the Customer Portal. See the Refund Policy.

Availability and liability. The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior month.

Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
