Refund Policy

14-day refund on your first month. If we have not delivered your first reality pass, you can request a full refund of your first month within 14 days of payment by emailing hello@readyforusers.com.

Cancel anytime. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Customer Portal in your console. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.

After the first month. Subsequent months are non-refundable once a reality pass has been delivered for that period, but you can cancel to prevent future charges.

How refunds are issued. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe.
